CONFIRMATION:
You are registered for the Workshop on Sat 22 July 9am to 1pm.
As indicated in your signup, you will be assigned to join the Ministry breakout with the
Hospitality / Sacraments / New to Catholic Faith (RCIA) Welcome team (Choose 1 of the above)
Within our Ministry of Hospitality we also have sub-ministries that you can join in the breakout rooms:
Hospitality Ministers (Masses)
Hospitality Ministers (Sacraments & Special Events)
Carpark Marshals
Security & Emergency Response
Church Tours
We have also catered Lunch for you as part of the programme which will end at 1pm. We encourage you to stay for it to fully experience the fellowship with our ministry members & community.

Programme:
8:45am - Registration opens
9:00am - Address by Parish Priests
9:15am - Keynote: The Spirit of Welcome by Nick Jarvis Tan
10:00am - Ministry Introductions
10:20am - Move to the Breakout Sessions & Teabreak
10:40am - Breakout Sessions with Various Ministries begin
11:55am - Large Group Session - What’s Next?
12:15pm - Fellowship session (with Lunch provided)
1:00pm onwards - Farewell
