Booking Facilities at St Mary’s

If you are a member of a ministry at St Mary’s, you may book our church facilities through your Ministry Head or Representative. If you are not sure who they are, please refer to our Ministry Directory or email connect.stmary@catholic.org.sg.

Kindly note the following before filling up the Room Booking form:
(1) Only Ministry leaders can make room bookings.

(2) This form is only for internal events attended by members of Parish Ministries. For events with external or public participants, please use Event Venue Booking Form (coming soon!).

(3) No meetings or events can take place in church without an approval.

(4) All meetings should end by 9.30pm unless approval from the Parish Team has been given.

(5) Every Ministry may use the rooms for official purposes for up to 2 hours per booking to allow fair use across all ministries. Any booking beyond 2 hours will be subject to approval (& fees may apply).

(6) Fees may apply should events be purely social in nature and if it does not meet the above requirements.

All bookings will be confirmed via email only after the booking is confirmed. You may be contacted for more information.


To book these rooms:
Classrooms B1 – B4
| Classrooms 1 – 4 | Rooms 11 - 13 | St Clare Hall | Gubbio

  1. Fill up and submit the booking form (click button below). You will be notified if the booking is successful.

  2. Bookings must be made at least 3 working days in advance. 

  3. If a room is unavailable, you will be offered an alternative room. 

To book these venues:
Main Church
| Board Room (beside Main Church)

You must email to comms.stmary@catholic.org.sg and include the following details in the format below:

  1. Name of event

  2. Date of event

  3. Time and duration

  4. Number of persons

  5. Contact person name and number

  6. Friar who is in-charged of the meeting


Terms & Conditions:

1.     Room bookings can be submitted up to 3 months in advance, and at latest 3 days before the booking date.

2.     Last-minute bookings (cut-off at 48hrs before booking date) will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to room availability.

3.     Any changes to existing bookings must be requested via email to connect.stmary@catholic.org.sg; your request should be tagged onto the earlier confirmation email.

4.     No last-minute changes (cut-off at 48hrs before booking date) to the assigned room or booking will be entertained.

5.     Booking cancellations are allowed up to 24hrs before booking date by notification via email.

6.     Food and drinks are ok to be consumed in the classrooms or meeting rooms but rooms must be returned in a clean condition.

7.     Please indicate in the booking form, any special instructions needed for the event / meeting (e.g. the wall partition needs to be opened between rooms 1 & 2).

8.     Rooms will be opened 15mins before booking time and will be closed at the specified end of booking time.

9.     Rooms will be closed 15mins after booking time if no one shows up and the booking will be considered as a “no-show”.

10.   In the event of 3 no-show occurrences, future booking priority will be given to other ministries.

11. The organisers are responsible to ensure that all lights and power switches are turned off after use. Let's work together to be kind to mother nature.
