A Lenten Journey from Despair to HOPE

“Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you disquieted within me?
Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my help and my God.”

-  Psalms 42:11

As many of us make physical pilgrimages to visit the holy doors at Rome in this Jubilee year, let us also look internally within ourselves as we make this journey of restoration of our souls and spirits during Lent as we prepare our hearts, filled with Hope, for Easter.

Lenten Resources

Lent to Easter Reflection Booklet 2025 by O.N.E.

This year, The Office for the New Evangelisation has launched a combined Lent to Easter Reflection Booklet!

Our Lenten practices prepare us for the joy and renewal of Christ’s resurrection, which the Church celebrates throughout the 50 days of Eastertide. It’s essential, therefore, that our reflections do not end at Lent, but continue into the season of Easter.

Featuring Scripture commentaries, reflections, and questions for pondering, this resource offers something for everyone. Available in English, Mandarin and Tamil.
