An Evening of Hymns and Prayers for the Church in China

24 May is the feast of Our Lady Help of Christians, which Pope Benedict XVI proclaimed in 2007 to be the World Day of Prayer for the Church in China.

In solidarity with Catholics worldwide, ACAMS invites all for this event.

Programme:

1) English, Mandarin, Teochew and Cantonese Hymns and prayer led by Cathedral of Good Shepherd St Gregory the Great Choir, ACAMS St Cecilia Choral, Nativity of Our Lady BVM Teochew Choir, SPP Cantonese Choir and Redemptorist Friars Group.

2) Sharings by Fr Jeroom Heyndrickx, CICM, a Singaporean Catholic working in China, and a Chinese Catholic working in Singapore.

3) Adoration and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament.
