Getting Married: In Church or As Church?

by Catholic Family Life

This session looks at the Catholic view of marriage as both a sacrament and a lifelong commitment that reflects the Church's mission. Participants will explore what marriage means in the Catholic faith, how Matrimony unites a couple, and how they can live out their faith as a "domestic church."

What does it mean to be married "as the Church"? How can marriages reflect the sacrament? What’s the difference between a wedding in the church and a marriage that fulfils the Church's mission?
