1) A Leader's Spirituality (ALS) (self-facilitated)

A Leader's Spirituality (ALS) consists of a series of pre-recorded videos, readings and journal worksheet exercises, which will facilitate in this training to address the question, “How can I be an authentic and spiritually fruitful leader for Christ?” It will help you to encounter Jesus Christ in the practical struggles of leadership, beyond a mere intellectual understanding of faith.

Training Start Date: Immediately
Mode: Online at your own time. (To complete within 6 months from your date of registration)
Cost: $100

All sessions will be made available through Ann's Integrō Formation digital library. Upon registration, you may view the content in your own time, either by yourself or in a small group of your family, friends or community (self-facilitated).

2) Facilitate Participative Meetings (FPM)

A workshop to equip leaders with key skills in facilitating effective group discussions or meetings in ministries and small communities. Leaders will gain insights and skills into the unique role of facilitators in engaging groups and harnessing group wisdom for decision-making, discussions, learning and planning. The course is especially useful for leaders in Parish Pastoral Councils, Parish Executive Councils or ministries.

Venue: Agape Village
Cost: $100 (lunch included)

3) At the Feet of the Good Shepherd Retreat (FGS) (2D1N Stay-in retreat)

As leaders, we may be so used to tending to those under our care that we may not look into our own spiritual and emotional well-being. Might we have any childhood trauma or past hurt that continues to affect our behaviour today and result in wounding those we lead?

Date: 29 - 30 June (Starting at 9am on day 1 and ending at 5pm on day 2)
Venue: St Francis Xavier Retreat Centre
Cost: $300 (en suite single-room & meals included)

During this retreat, spend time with Jesus in personal prayer, contemplating the Word of God. You will be guided for your Sacrament of Reconciliation and will meet with a Spiritual Director one-to-one to guide you in your personal prayer. Registration closes on 7 Jun or when registration is full.
