Sri Lankan Community
The Sri Lankan community consists of migrants from Sri Lanka and are led by their chaplain, Friar Julian Mariaratnam. The Community meets every Sunday at the St. Clare Hall to celebrate the Holy Eucharist in Sinhala.

Sinhala Mass
Sunday Masses in Sinhala were being livestreamed even before the Covid-19 pandemic. This was a service to Sri Lankan migrants living in other parts of the world, who were unable to fully participate in mass, because of language and employment constraints. Watch the latest Mass in Sinhala here:
Sinhala Resources
The daily mass readings are available in audio and PDF formats, and are available via iOS and Android apps, and https://www.supuwatha.com website.
The community has also recorded hymns from the hymn book traditionally used in most churches in Sri Lanka, and have published them as MP3 and MIDI file formats on the website.
The Sri Lankan community also supports the church back at home in other ways, such as producing and publishing the Sunday missals in Sinhala. These are now available for all liturgical cycles in leading Catholic bookshops in Sri Lanka.
