This two-day workshop seminar introduces Safeguarding as Charism and Spirituality, starting with its theological and spiritual foundation. Abuse and all its forms will be defined. The dynamics of victimization and offending will also be explored. This workshop is highly recommended to all holding leadership positions in the Church.

As Pope Francis insists, “We are a sign that the ministry of safeguarding belongs to all of us as it is part of the Church's ministry, indeed of evangelization itself,” and without safe spaces and interior freedom from the heart, our Church will never be safe where the Gospel is freely proclaimed.
