Jubilee 2025: Celebrating HOPE that Enables

Ever felt like no one understands you or that you are so tired with no way out?

Then, this evening is for YOU! Come hear the personal stories of 2 courageous individuals who struggled with mental and emotional health, grief and immense loss. Gain critical insights and tips from our panel of mental health, clinical and respite care experts specializing in disabilities including knowing when to seek professional help.  What's more, learn what resources are available to you if help is needed.

Hope that Enables presents a collaboration with 6 organisations specialising in Disabilites, Special Needs and Mental Health. It's an invitation to come together as a caring and supportive community; to better understand the diverse needs and challenges of those with disabilities.

Registration via the form below is required for entry into the Main Church before the event. This is to help us manage the catering, as well as to ensure participants agree to abide by certain conditions, due to the sensitive nature of this event. 

An e-ticket will be sent to you 3 days before the event, and must be presented for entry. Walk-Ins are welcome on actual event day and onsite registration will be required before entry.

Denise is a clinical psychologist, with experience working with adults in various settings, including community mental health, public healthcare, and forensic settings. She has an interest in working with adults who have difficulties coping with their emotions.

DR THERESA LEE | Clarity Singapore
Senior Consultant Psychiatrist

Dr Theresa Lee is a psychiatrist in private practice at Anew Centre.  Her areas of interest are in women's mental health and mood disorders. Prior to joining Anew Centre, she worked for more than a decade as a senior consultant psychiatrist at KK Women's & Children's Hospital.

A compassionate and dedicated professional with over 10 years of experience supporting and guiding family caregivers, offering them the resources, understanding, and encouragement needed to navigate the unique challenges of caring for their loved ones.

Over-The-Rainbow (OTR) is a mental wellness initiative by a family charity founded in 2010 in loving memory of the founder’s son, who tragically took his own life from manic depression. OTR provides a platform for self-discovery, healing via holistic self-care and a supportive community, and is a one-stop hub for youth mental wellness.

SPEAK (Suicide Prevention through Empathy, Awareness and Kindness) hopes to help parents and youths recognise signs of suicide and how to respond confidently with Love and Empathy. Knowledge can save lives.
