World Aids Day 2022

World AIDS Day (WAD) - Bridge the Distance 2022 supported by Catholic Aids Response Effort (CARE)

For those who discover they have contracted HIV, the pain and agony of losing their loved ones and being ostracised by society is unbearable, and the fear of what becomes of them is unnerving.

What they need most is mercy, forgiveness, and love. Let us share their pain, identify with them in their sorrow and struggles, and accept and love them. Let us be Jesus to them.

Let’s play our part to share with those around us to have the right attitude towards persons living with HIV/AIDS so that they can live their lives meaningfully and integrate to society.

Catholic Aids Response Effort (CARE) provides care to persons living with HIV/AIDS and their families, including befriending, counselling, and support through various programmes.
